Our Puppy Wellness Package gets you and your puppy started on all of the necessary preventative health care that he or she will need to stay healthy and happy for the first year of their lives. The welcome package provides you with lots of helpful information.
We have our own handouts regarding neutering, puppy training, socialization, etc.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
First Visit (8 weeks old)
- Physical exam
- DA2PV vaccine #1
- Intestinal Parasite Exam
- Intestinal Deworming #1 (if needed)
- New Puppy Welcome Package
- Free 1 month supply of flea control
Second Visit (12 weeks old)
- DH2PV vaccine #2
- Intestinal Deworming #2 (if needed)
- Leptospirosis #1
- Influenza #1
- Bordetella (1 year)
Third Visit (16 weeks old)
- DA2PV vaccine #3 (1 year)
- Rabies vaccine (1 year)
- Leptospirosis Annual (1 year)
- Influenza Annual (1 year)
For small dogs vaccines are split up, not to be done on the same day.
The Spay/Neuter surgery, Annual Flea Control, and Heartworm control are all highly recommended by the doctor, but are NOT included in the package.
